Android2Apple4Music is a free Android app for playing allowed Android audio on HomePod, Apple TV, and AirPlay-compatible speakers on the same local Wi-Fi network.
Android2Apple4Music does not collect, sell, rent, or share personal information with the developer, sponsors, analytics providers, advertising networks, or cloud services.
The app does not use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, account sign-in, tracking identifiers, or developer-operated servers.
When you connect to a speaker and approve Android's screen/audio capture prompt, Android2Apple4Music uses Android MediaProjection and AudioPlaybackCapture to capture playback audio from apps that allow Android playback capture.
The captured audio is sent directly from your Android device to the AirPlay-compatible receiver you select on your local network. Android2Apple4Music does not store the audio, upload it to the developer, or send it to sponsors.
Some apps may block playback capture for protected or restricted content. Android2Apple4Music does not bypass DRM, subscriptions, app restrictions, or Apple FairPlay requirements.
Android2Apple4Music scans the local network to find AirPlay-compatible receivers and may show device names, local IP addresses, and ports inside the app. This information is used only on your device to connect to the selected receiver.
Record audio: Used for Android playback audio capture after you approve Android's capture prompt.
Media projection foreground service: Keeps audio capture running while the app is connected to a receiver.
Internet / network access: Used to discover and stream to AirPlay-compatible receivers on your network.
Wake lock: Helps keep streaming active while connected.
Notifications: Shows the foreground service notification with a stop action while streaming.
Modify audio settings: Used to help mute local phone speaker playback and sync volume while the selected speaker plays.
Android2Apple4Music is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from children.
